When will my order ship?
All orders ship within one business day from receipt. Buisness days are Monday through Friday. For example, an order placed on Friday afternoon (pacific time) will ship on the following Monday. If an order is not able to ship within one business day, we will let you know immediately.

Is the PC game/software compatible with my computer?
We state that our items are Windows, Mactintosh or Windows/Macintosh compatible. We do not go into much detail beyond that. Please do your own research to determine what operating systems your item is compatible with.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes - we gladly accept purchase orders from schools, government entities and corporations. Please fax your purchase order on company letterhead to 702-987-1250. You can also email it to [email protected] Please include your phone number and email address.

Do you charge sales tax?
We only collect sales tax for shipments to Nevada, United States (7.5%).

Do you sell collectable items?
Yes - if you are buying an item as a collector, please email us with any questions prior to purchasing the item. Many times collectors want boxes in absolutely perfect condition and have specific requirements of the item (i.e. - in the big cardboard box, not the DVD case version). Most items we sell are in perfect condition, but some items may have minor shelf wear and not acceptable to a collector.

What is your return policy?
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be unregistered and in brand new condition. Item(s) must be packed in original, unmarked packaging with manuals, documents and registration cards. Non-defective returns with RMA numbers will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any ship costs not paid by customer are not refundable. Items deemed defective by rarePCgames will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion.
