Shipping

DELIVERY: We offer up to 3 methods of US shipping: USPS Media Mail (3-14 days), USPS First Class Mail (2-7 days), USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days). World shipping (2-3 weeks) (please allow up to 5 weeks due to customs, etc). Sorry, we do not ship via FedEx or UPS.

INSURANCE: We offer optional shipping insurance for an additional $1 per item (for both US and World). This insurance covers any loss or damage of your item during shipment. Without the insurance, the buyer is responsible for any loss or damage.

MULTIPLE ITEMS: Shipcost is based off the heaviest item first, then an additional $2 per item for US or $3 per item for World.

Windows or Macintosh

On our software and PC game listings, we state that an item is either Windows, Macintosh or Windows/Macintosh compatible. This does NOT mean that the item is compatible with every version of windows or mac, it only means that this item was made for that operating system. When possible, we list the operating systems that are supported. Please do your own research to determine what operating systems the item is compatible with.

Collectors

If you are buying an item as a collector, please email us with any questions prior to purchasing the item. Many times collectors want boxes in absolutely perfect condition and have specific requirements of the item (i.e. - in the big cardboard box, not the DVD case version). Most items we sell are in perfect condition, but some items may have minor shelf wear and not acceptable to a collector.

Return Policy

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be unregistered and in brand new condition. Item(s) must be packed in original, unmarked packaging with manuals, documents and registration cards. Non-defective returns with RMA numbers will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any ship costs not paid by customer are not refundable. Items deemed defective by rarePCgames will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion.
